So Catchy! Where Fashion Begins, opens a window onto innovation in the world of fashion.
Here, you’ll find anything new, different or original. We provide a voice and a face for emerging design and creativity with the potential for international success. Anyone who has something new and different to add to the competitive and saturated world of fashion will find their place on So Catchy!
What is the So Catchy! Shop?
The SC! Shop is an initiative launched in the Fall of 2016 to highlight designers, emerging or otherwise, that we love and connect them to a larger, more international audience. Currently all of our designers and artisans are Spanish and based in Spain.
Where is So Catchy! based?
How do you choose designers for the SC! Shop?
Over the years we’ve come to know many different and over time we’ve also met a number of individuals whose work has left us wanting to see even more. We’ve reached out to these artists to try to bring you a variety of different fashion items, from jewelry to footwear, sunglasses to womenswear. We look for partners who share our philosophy and who are dedicated to creating high-quality, unique pieces.
Can I get that ring / skirt / item in another size or color?
As fans of slow fashion, we do not offer any variations on products other than those listed through the platform. Many of our pieces are handmade or made to order by individual designers and artisans, so production capabilities are limited and collections are small and or made up of unique, non-reproducible pieces.

I can’t find a piece by my favorite designer that was on the site just this morning, what happened? Where did it go?
The majority of the pieces available on the So Catchy! Shop are unique, handmade or made to order. If you can’t find something that was on the shop earlier, then it’s probably been purchased by someone else or removed at the request of the designer or artisan.

Is shopping online at the So Catchy! Shop safe?
Yes. The So Catchy! Shop takes online security seriously and takes a number of precautions to ensure that your purchase arrives correctly and that your information is safe. So Catchy! Where Fashion Begins uses https protocol so you can be sure you are connected to our site. We also use the Redsys Payment Gateway to protect your credit card information and verify purchases.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the item you’ve ordered, delivery time depends on a number of factors such as your location, time required to elaborate a piece or availability of the artisan.
How does shipping work?
The So Catchy! Shop ships all of our products directly from the artisans door to yours.
Shipping costs are clearly marked and added to the checkout price. In Spain the costs are 5€ and in Europe 15€.
We use a number of different shipping companies depending on the location of the artisan and the destination of the product, including DHL, UPS, SEUR and CORREOS. All of our shipments include a tracking or shipping number that we will send you once the package is en route.
What shipping company does So Catchy! use?
So Catchy! uses different shipping companies depending on where you live. We normally work with DHL, SEUR, UPS, CORREOS and MRW. In any case, the product will be shipped directly to your door and, as the majority of our pieces are handmade and unique, all deliveries must be signed by the customer upon delivery.
What happens if my package is lost?
All orders come with tracking or shipping numbers that are sent by e-mail to the customer once the package is en route. If, however your order is lost or doesn’t arrive, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll find out what happened. If the piece can be made again, we’ll make sure that you receive a replacement as soon as possible. If the piece is unique and another one cannot be made, we’ll offer you a similar alternative from the same designer or directly return your money.
How can I pay?
Can I use Paypal or cheque and money orders for purchase?
Credit cards are the only payment method currently available at the SC! Shop. Our checkout system uses the third-party Redsys payment gateway to ensure that your card information remains secure.
Can I sign up for So Catchy! or create an account?
SC! currently does not allow visitors to create accounts. At So Catchy! we strive to ensure that your private information remains private. Not allowing individual user accounts adds another layer of security to ensure that none of your personal data is ever stolen.
Why can’t I ship to a different address than on my credit card?
One of the methods we use to help avoid credit card fraud is to only allow items to be shipped to the same address as that of the credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause but trust you’ll understand that we wish to do everything in our power to help protect our customers.
What happens if I want to return my purchased item?
According to Spanish and European legislation, all customers have the right to make returns within 14 days of purchase. Some of our products, however, are made to order and/or personalized according to the specifications and needs of the client and may not be returned.
We always check twice in these cases with clients that the order correct before shipping/production. If you have a question about whether or not a piece can be returned, send us an e-mail before or after purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is the SC! Shop only available in Spain?
Of course not! We are currently shipping to the countries listed below, all within Europe Due to shipping costs and import/export duties we do not ship outside of these countries:
